Bearing Ring Inspection

Bearings are safety-critical components in railway bogies, gearboxes, and industrial machinery. Internal cracks, inclusions, and porosity in bearing outer and inner rings can cause catastrophic failure.

The BLC-ZC2 automatically inspects bearing outer rings at production-line speed, with automatic defect marking and statistical reporting. Radial and axial scanning provides complete volume coverage.
